| Base width / diameter | Shape and dimensions of the base cross-section. |
| Tip geometry | Tip shape and target sharpness are assessed against printing and molding limits. |
| Center-to-center spacing | Spacing between neighboring needles. |
| Array layout | Rows, columns, needle count and arrangement. |
| Mold dimensions | External dimensions, thickness and casting region. |
No unvalidated minimum dimensions, tip radius, tolerances or service-life figures are specified. Producing the final drug/polymer microneedle formulation is outside the standard scope.
