Established at Hacettepe Technopolis, Biomicscience supports academic, industrial and public research with omics analyses, bioinformatics and research-focused manufacturing.
We bring together proteomics, metabolomics, lipidomics and fluxomics with microfluidic systems, PDMS microneedle molds and precision SLA printing. Analytical requirements based on GC-MS, LC-MS, LC-MS/MS and HPLC-UV/FD are assessed within the project scope.
Our approach combines open communication, application-appropriate methods and an agreed reporting plan.

Can I send my own design?
Yes. Email your CAD, DXF, STL or STEP file for the relevant service. Manufacturability is assessed together.
Is a pump included with the microfluidic system?
No. The chip, standard tubing/Luer connections, accessories and setup guide are included; the syringe pump is not.
Is the interactive design ready for manufacturing?
No. The tool explores geometric relationships. Displayed ranges are not manufacturing limits or performance guarantees.
Can I send samples directly for analysis?
Please email us first. Sample type, quantity, storage and shipping conditions are agreed for the analytical scope.
Can I request bioinformatics support for existing data?
Yes. Share the data format, acquisition platform and research question to request an assessment.
Do you produce microneedles or molds?
This service produces negative PDMS molds from positive SLA masters. Final drug/polymer microneedle formulation is outside the standard scope.
